Enjoy Tenerife, JF. Cheesy Hope you do find your Carmel.

^^ Lee

Hi Lee!
Well you know what? I did find her, but she had more blonde hair but apart from that she was perfect. The only bad thing was that I did not have the money she required. Just my bloody luck isnt it? I bought champagne for her for 30 Euro. My card wasnt cooperating so I have to go down there again with the money. Anyway, champagne sucks! I dont remember her name but I think she wrote it on a piece of paper. She only speak spanish so I have to take a lightning course in Spanish. I also went to a park called Loro Parque. I met my relatives, the gorillas. I couldnt talk to them cause they were behind thick glasses. I saw cute penguins too. There was a cute dolphin show and a show with killer whales or Orcas. They killed a guy earlier and because of that they didnt go into the water with them. No wonder, I mean you would be sick and bored of doing the same thing every day just because some people wants to see you make a blithering fool of yourself. Go Orca! One of them had a bent back fin just like Keiko had. Maybe it is his brother?
Peace and love

Welcome back from your hols Jennyfan we saved some snow for you.

I'm not anti-zoos but I've always felt that some animals just aren't suitable to be kept in captivity and keeping a whale [dolphin?] that in the wild roams the open oceans in social groups in a bloody swimming pool is just stupid.

Go Orca!

Welcome back, Jennyfan. Cheesy Sounds more like China than Carmel to me. LOL No, seriously though, sounds like you had a... memorable holiday. Wink Did you manage to learn Spanish then m'dear?

I'm with you on the whole zoos thing SB - I approve of their conservation aims, always will if they can follow the example set by the late, great Gerald Durrell but - it has to be remembered that they are wild creatures not to be treated like playthings or trophies. Good on the killer whale who proved he/she was still wild at heart - hope they weren't destroyed over the incident!
